Template Usage License

When you purchase or subscribe to Garnish, you receive a limited license to use our templates for one business only.

Your account is for the business listed at signup or checkout. You may not share your account, template links, downloads, files, or member-only resources with another business, person, client, agency, or organization.One Account Per BusinessEach business must have its own Garnish account.

You may use your account for: One restaurant, cafe, food truck, bakery, bar, or food brand The business you own, manage, or are authorized to represent Your own social media, marketing, menu promotions, and business content

You may not use one account for multiple businesses unless you receive written permission from Garnish or purchase a plan that allows multi-business use.If you own multiple restaurant locations under the same brand, contact us to confirm whether your plan covers those locations.What You Can DoYou may use Garnish templates to create marketing content for your business, including: Social media posts Instagram stories Reels covers Menu promotions Event announcements Holiday posts Specials and limited-time offers Restaurant marketing graphicsYou may customize the templates with your own photos, logo, colors, fonts, menu items, prices, and business information.

What You Cannot Do

You may not: Share your login with another person or business Share Canva template links publicly Resell the templates Redistribute the templates Give the templates away for free Upload the templates to another marketplace Sell edited versions of the templates as your own templates Copy our designs to create a competing product Use our templates for multiple businesses without permission Use Garnish templates for client work unless your plan specifically allows it Claim Garnish templates, layouts, designs, or resources as your original workCopyright and Intellectual PropertyAll Garnish templates, layouts, designs, graphics, written materials, tutorials, and digital resources are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.Purchasing or subscribing to Garnish does not give you ownership of the templates.

It gives you permission to use them under the rules of your plan.Unauthorized sharing, copying, resale, redistribution, or misuse of Garnish templates may be considered copyright infringement.If we discover unauthorized use, we may: Suspend or terminate your account Revoke access to templates and member resources Refuse future purchases Send a takedown notice Pursue payment for unauthorized use Take legal action if necessaryAgencies,

Freelancers, and Social Media ManagersIf you are an agency, freelancer, designer, virtual assistant, or social media manager, you may not use one Garnish account for multiple clients unless your plan specifically allows client use.Each client or business must have its own account, unless you have written permission from Garnish or purchase an agency/commercial license.Violation of Usage RulesIf you violate these usage rules, your access may be removed without refund.Because Garnish is a digital product, we reserve the right to protect our templates, designs, and intellectual property from unauthorized sharing, copying, or resale.
